- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Then melt the chocolate over a water bath until smooth and set aside.
- Then beat the eggs well with the vanilla and fructose with a whisk for 5 minutes.
- Then add the melted chocolate gradually and stir, then add the oil, cream cheese and salt, whisking continuously until the ingredients are homogeneous.
- Then add the walnuts and mix with a wooden spoon until the ingredients are combined.
- Then grease a square tray with canola oil and pour the brownie mixture into it.
- Then put the tray in the oven and leave for about 25 minutes or until the brownies are done.
